Refund policy

The Bracket Boyz appreciate all your orders and take a lot of pride in customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@bracketboyz.com and we will try our best to make sure to sort out any issues you may have. 
All returns will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original packaging in the original condition in order to receive the remaining refund. The shipping label cost will be at the cost of the customer. A return request must be submitted within 7 days of when the customer receives the package. Any returns outside of this period will be at the Bracket Boyz discretion.
